Value in a points only keeper is the scenario in which we are working

I'm surprised Thornton leads by this much. He only has 3 more points since the start of 07-08 season.

That's the beauty of MD's set up. The notion of Value in a keeper is a multi-faceted determination, simultaneously employing concepts such as upside, age, depth charts, 3YP.....and that will ultimately have a subjective or irrational component to it (eg name recognition)

Far more interesting...imo..then a ranking strictly based on upside per se.

Default Only 1 of These Guys Is Mr. 500

That'd be Jarome Arthur-Leigh Adekunle Tig Junior Elvis Iginla. When your name's this big, they call you Mr! All kidding aside, though, Iginla has more points, more goals... Joe takes only PIM and +/- cleanly.

Get this peripheral category talk outta here!

Seriously though, this battle is about points only, don't want people biasing their opinions on irrelevant information.
