Just opened a Gulden Draak Ale. Beautiful, rich amber color. Flavor is very unique. Probably due to the wine yeast used during second fermentation. Can't describe it.....very subtle notes.

I may go way off the grid on my next. One of the selections I received is a Monk's Cafe Flemish Sour. Tart/sour/sweet all rolled into one brew...should be interesting.
