			<description>In this case the loophole benefits both teams, the buyer and the seller, and also benefits washed up players who still want to get paid. So what exactly would be the modivation to change it.

About the only reason to change it would be to improve the game for fans, and I think you know how much either side gives a @#%$ about that. - DarthVain</description>

			<description>Horrible organization and I'm not sure how anyone can defend them.  They were willing to stunt Niederreiter's growth last year so they could use his bonuses against the cap, but not actually pay the bonuses.  This year, when the bonuses don't count, they send him to the minors.  There is a reason players want to leave as soon as they become free agents and why free agents want to leave as soon as possible.  

This is a horrible organization and an embarrassment to the league.  The sad thing is that many top prospects will be forced to be part of this organization, irreparably harming their long-term careers.  Shame. - mabus</description>
