I've been interested in fitness in general for quite some time now, yet I've still struggled through back, hip and groin issues despite efforts to avoid them. I applaud you for making a serious effort into spreading awareness within your means Angus. All of us everywhere can benefit from exercise and nutritional awareness whether we are an armchair GM couch potato or a full fledged athlete.

I feel sad to say that although I'm currently dealing with herniated disks I'm still closer to the definition of athlete than a majority of our North American society. I keep getting better all the time and I'm really hopeful to get back into full fledged living as soon as possible

Eat well, keep your posture as best you can, and work as hard as you can within your means is what I recommend. I know there is a lot more science behind fitness, but it is nice to see it promoted wherever the case may be. - hockeymanG23
