"Corey Perry and Drew Doughty have been practicing with the London Knights. Several of the Canucks in town have been practicing with the UBC Thunderbirds hockey team. I guess one small positive from the lockout is the players on these teams getting to skate and compete with the best hockey players on the planet."

The millionaire players who left for Europe (especially North Americans) to take jobs away from less fortunate people/players should be ashamed of themselves. There are so many positive things they could be doing with their time back home. Kudos to the guys who have stuck around.

"It was only an hour’s time for each of the players, but they created memories with the young fans, parents and coaches that will last a lifetime."

“This is the second-best day to Christmas for a lot of these kids,” said one of the Cambridge dads on the ice as his son posed for a picture with Marchand. “They’ll all remember this forever.”

PS. Owners suck. Bettman sucks more. - shingy

Happy camper here who picked Johansen off in our keeper pro draft (keep 17) and tucked him on the farm. - Shoeless
