This mostly came from the Philly media (fresh off the Ryan Howard achilles injury - 8 months, performed by the same famed surgeon that did Mesz achilles). Word is after his back problems last year Mesz will not rush back from this injury. In 6 weeks they should have a better idea if the recovery will be a shorter one (timetable dobber shows above) or the long road to recovery (8+ months). Coburn will see pp time and easily eclipse 30 points for sure. Underrated shot. As for Pavel Kubina, I doubt he is signed as depth D. I am not expert and have no inside sources but the organization was not very impressed with his play during his time here. The main knock on him was he looked extremely slow and doesn't fit into Lavy's up tempo system.
