For a laugh. A lot of the "proposals" they write are complete garbage and make no sense so I get a kick out of them. Plus laughing at the people that pay for it. 2. Chance to be an armchair GM. Either by correcting the proposal so that it is more plausible using the teams listed. Or finding a better trade partner for a trade. Or using your own team and trying to make a realistic proposal. 3. The other material being offered. There are a couple guys on one particular site that I enjoy reading 4. Forum, comments, trolling.
