Johnson was the Wild's representative for the All-Star game!
Still can't really believe that.... - Guinnies_Moustache

I Have a feeling the lines will get changed up once in awhile but this is how they will start.

Ovechkin-Backstrom-Johansson/Wolski

Laich-Ribero-Wolski/Brouwer

Chimera-Perreult-Brouwer/Ward

Hendricks-Beagle-Ward/Crabb - 5hole

The Marleau article was an interesting read, but I think another example of incorrectly applying statistical theory to support an argument. In this case, I don't think the Poisson distribution is an appropriate model to use because the probability of scoring a goal in any game is too large (over 1%) and the # of games in a season is too small (under 100). - TOCanadafan

Bernier

This broke a while back, the Kings said that they would not move him until they had Quick under contract. Now that he is locked up long term I would expect to see Bernier moved before the season starts. The Kings have a plethora of good young goalies in the system and would likely take picks back. The big knock on Bernier in regards to other NHL teams is that scouts aren't exactly sure what to make of him as he has played so little in the last 3 years. - mrmojorisin

Bernier wants a trade, but where would he likely land? Same for Markstrom in FLA if Luongo is traded there. The ideal landing spot would be New Jersey where a starting gig is waiting a year or two down the road with little to no competition. - Rad64

YES! Move Bernier. Bernier needs to move to the next level and get more starts. I can see why LA didn't do it at the trade deadline - safety net if Quick went down during the play-offs. - GoHabsGo
