The numbers for Nash/Michalek arent that different,but one had a career year and Nash is seen as an underachiever due in part to so much losing and poor linemates. His family is from Madison, WI and he resides there in the offseason. All grew up hawks fans and then you have the obvious connection with Gary Suter, a former hawks great. If he wants to be closer to home and competitive, hawks are a logical option. It has also been rumored that Hawks are looking to move Hjalmarsson to clear cap space. Which, could be used to target Suter.
