 personally i wouldve rated Myers over Burns... Burns just seemed lost when I saw him play, but both players have some untapped potential.

As for the 'best draft ever' I think a strong case could be made for 1979:
as all first rounders played in the NHL (only 21teams then) and only 1 in 2nd and 2 in the 3rd didnt atleast get a cup of joe in the big league.
 That first round included:
Ramage, Foligno,Garnter,Vaive,Hartsburg,Keith Brown,Bourque,Boschman,Ramsey,Reinhart,Propp,McCrimmon,Duane Sutter,Goulet and Lowe.
  Messier didnt go till the 3rd round...right after the Canucks drafted HOF goalie Ken Ellacott...ugh. They only went 6 rounds- and in that final round found 3 guys who played over 700 NHL games: Crossman, Krushelnyski and Tim 'dont call be Bill' Watters.
 truly an amazing draft
