No matter - no progress to mention on Backstrom. He's hoping to be ready for playoffs last I read. Makes you want to track down Rene Bourque and smash him in the back of a head with a bat. Of course that's on a fantasy level only. I'm sure he's a decent guy. Was thinking that, at least for top players expected to be out a month or more, maybe include a fantasy impact similar to the ones for trades i.e. who it will help and hurt on the team.
