Pens' 3rd line....

I really like the look of Jeffrey-O'Reiley-Sullivan and the dynamic they bring to the table.

i must say though, your analysis of Engelland is a little off as he has been one of the most consistent Dmen for the pens this year. Last year, he was there to fight (making a name for himself) and play some stay at home D but this year he has been rushing the puck more, his decision making has gotten a lot better and during the Letang suspension/Orpik injury at the beginning of the year(along with all of the other injuries to the D), Engelland was the one to step up. Sure Niskanen got the points but Engelland played great as well.

The real problem with their D is Paul Martin. He has been an absolute bust and Depres (and even Joe Morrow in the preseason) has shown more poise and better ice-vision than Martin. That guy is a HUGE waste of money. He was supposed to be #2 after Letang in terms of making offense happen but when Letang went down, it was the 'throw in' in the Goligoski-Neal deal, that stepped up and made things happen. - Maximus

Loving it! Definitely nice for those of us who miss a few days, or don't want to search all over for something as simple as who got injured last night! - Chris

Brassard vs Visnovsky

So Visnovsky gets tossed for no tie-down, kinda heavy punishment for that- but by the rules shouldnt Brassard be tossed for having tape on his hands? I know that call was made a few years back vs. a Canuck (Torres?) - Larry

I wonder if anybody on dobberhockey.com will ever mention McDonagh without bringing up Gomez? It got old quite a while ago, but please keep it up just in case the Molsons and Pierre Gauthier are dobberhockey readers. - hammer2003

Wow. Lame.

If Nash gets moved, the Blue Jackets scoring is about who, exactly? - Steffen

McDonagh

Love McDonagh. Don't forget he's a blocked shot stud too, now 3rd in the NHL and really next to Girardi and Kronwall and then guys like Seabrook, the only fantasy worthy BS guy out there. In terms of value this year, he's easily competing with those three Dmen, and in leagues like mine that count BS, plus/minus, SOG, I'd say he's the most valuable next to Kronwall, that's saying something. Still smarts that my Habs traded him away PERIOD, not even taking into account what we got for him, ugh. - Santo aka Ross10019

Lets do an Adam vs Leino/Boyes pt comparison vs contract. I said it before, Ruff's line combos are related to the contract status of the player. Adam needs a top 6 role and it doesnt appear to be there. I expect a trade at some pt.

Schenn, 6 goals in last 9 games. Briere might have to move to the wing. - DuklaNation
