i think a lot of ppl would even trade crosby for tavares OR eberle (trading for both is a no-brainer, IMO) - rush

If you watch Wideman one the PP, he gets his pts, but he doesnt improve the PP or make anyone else better. Plain vanilla. I can see why Boston let him go.

Watching the NAS-NYI game yesterday, Tavares' skating has really improved. It improved to average last season but now he's still taken it up a level. Surprising to see such a rapid improvement and should be a textbook case for other players. He'll hit 100 pts next season. - DuklaNation

Glad to see him finally get some recognition from someone on this site. I look at Dobbers top 250 prospect list and even though he only lists 35 defensemen, I shake my head in disgust every time I see names like Ian Cole, Justin Braun and Derek Joslin making that list and not even a sniff for the AHL's point leading defenseman. Who also just happens to be with a franchise devoid of any offensive depth beyond M.A.B on the blue line. Hedmen isn't going to be taking those reigns any time soon, Dobber. He's more Matthieu Biron than Chris Pronger, drafting ain't a science! - Kyle

Hi Angus,

I'm in a keeper league with 10 teams, and you must dress four centres. I have John Tavares, Ryan Getzlaf, Mike Richards, V Filpulla, Marcus Johansson, and Nik Antropov. I have thought about moving Richards and have had interest in Hodgson. Wanted to draft Johansen bit missed out by a round. We have 30 players on our team and only keep 12. Right now I'm in seventh unfortunately as some guys haven't panned out like I hoped. I have Ovechkin on my team. Top three get money, but I doubt I can crack that. Should I trade for Hodgson/ or Johansen? I would'nt be surprised if I might be able to pick them up in next year's draft? - Emanuel Sequeira
