Hi Jeff,

I was wondering which teams are looking good for a turnaround after Christmas. Will the Isles duplicate last years second half? - Rad64

Sorry to hear that you didn't win.
Selfishly, i am little happy that you will still be on dobberhockey as much as you are now.

@everyone
Go out and buy the guides, don't be a bunch of freeloading bums so that these writers can get paid and they stick around here instead of moving on to more lucrative things.

Thanks Miz. Stanchion is a great writer, and he works with me over at Canucks Army. He had my vote, too. His humour and style of writing is more what they were after, I think.

Oh well, this just means more time to spend writing about fantasy hockey. - Jeff Angus

Didn't realize they picked 4 of the 15 contestants. If they were only picking 1 then I thought the easy choice was The Stanchion, but you were [imo] easily in the Top 4. - The Miz

My guess is that he will be used mainly on the power play at first, and his minutes will climb as his level of fitness increases. - Ross The Boss Palmer

Not really news. The Sharks' top lines have pretty muchbeen Marleau-Thornton-Pavelski and Clowe-Couture-Havlat since Havlat returned from injury. - Veritas0Aequitas
Ryan Whitney is playing tonight. His return couldn't come any faster as the Oilers defense is currently decimated by injuries. Whitney will get lots and lots and lots of ice time.
"We all have to keep this in perspective ... We're going to have to be patient on how he's deployed," - Renney on Whitney returning Friday

"It's a new start for me. I'm sure I won't play as much to start, but hopefully in a couple weeks I'm here to stay," - Whitney on returning - Ryan

I tend to agree about Gagner. Think he'll be a steal for whoever picks him up. Bad teams develop players for 4 years then them. Oilers will be hard pressed to get fair value (even though it does appear he is struggling pretty bad this year). If Im them he gets 20 games with Hemsky and Smyth or Hall. Time for a pump and dump.

Funny enough Morrow was hurt by a hit from the Nuge. - frozenpools
