I also played in a league where the positionnal requirements were more strict than regular Yahoo (fixed number of center slots, no util, or F slots), but it made trading more difficult because of the low flexibility in the roster. FO% could be interesting, it would definitely be a boost to some defensive centers, whose values are a bit underrated in fantasy because they take all the FO in the defensive zone and therefore have less scoring opportunities. Usually if you want to assign value to a stat like x2, you have to use a points-based scoring system, not a category system.
