He was actually found by Ian Clark, who was formerly the Canucks goalie coach. Clark was over in Sweden this year and happened to spend a few months working with goalies in - yep - MODO. One of those goalies was Forsberg. After Clark signed a new contract with the Blue Jackets, he obviously had an influence in the team selecting Forsberg because goalies never get drafted out of that program. Columbus doesn't have the best depth either. So I would say Forsberg.
