			<description>I don't see great upside here.  Knuble is best when he's on the top line.  When he's not, he's pretty well useless, so he'll remain 1RW.  That means, at best, Brouwer is 2RW in Washington, and that line doesn't have a good center (either unpolished Johanssen or an aging Arnott) and will have to cater to prima donna Semin at LW.  Ultimately, I think the Caps will find what the Hawks found...Brouwer is best on the 3rd line. - Paul's Coffey</description>

			<description>Ive always been a fan of Brouwer (except his wheels and at times maturity) and have been waiting for him to breakout....looks like the Caps liked him even more! A 1st round pick (albeit late) for an unsigned player is pretty steep,but this could be a golden opportunity for Troy to solidify himself as a top 6 player. Could be the net presence they need,like you pointed out- Knuble isnt getting any younger and Brouwers skill level is higher. - Larry</description>
