I have used GoaliePost for the last 5+ so years, and Frozen Pool forever. Dobber Hockey is the best site out there and these two added to it will make it an even greater resource. Great work and Congrats to all! - Brett Baxter

Definitely not a joke for Hockey Pool Geek either. We can't wait to start offering our services with Dobber's projections and analysis underneath it all. Exciting time to be a fantasy hockey player! - Jamie @ Hockey Pool Geek

LOL! This is NOT an April Fool's joke. If it is, I'm a part of the joke and I'll probably cry myself to sleep haha.

Nope...this is as real as it gets. I am always looking for ways to increase my role as an independent goalie scout. Having a platform like Goalie Post allows me to do this and cover the "Fantasy Goalie" realm 100%. Moving the Goalie Grid back into a "free" realm makes it more accessible and then adding a bunch of my premium content and features to the membership area makes the $9.99 annual fee a no-brainer. I really hope many of you will support this! There will also be a great option to become a member of both GP and TGG for one great low price.

Expect a lot of new features on both websites, a lot of enhancements to the features I've already developed, and lots of good analysis on both goalie websites! - Justin Goldman

Sounds legit but . . .

Okay, you can't blame me for wondering if this is all one big April Fool's Day done early considering Dobber's usual yearly attempt to pull the wool over everybody's eyes.

If it is legit, and it certainly looks that way, then good news on the Dobber empire that keeps spreading.

Goldman is, well, gold.

But if this turns out to be a hoax and he's now enlisted outside help to ratchet up the April Fool's Day festivities, then god help us all. lol - lcbtd

No rise in cost to Goalie Post. It is still going to be $10 per year. The only change is that The Goalie Guild will be offering a premium membership at the same price - $10 per year. But like Goalie Post, there will be plenty of free content available. But a lot of my more in-depth features and audio scouting reports will be part of the premium content. I am also introducing a package where you can gain membership access to both websites (GP and TGG) for just $15 per year. No brainer and with the "Goalie Grid" on GP going back to a free service, it's another win-win for everyone! - Justin Goldman

... on the HPG end! If anything, this'll end up with more savings for common customers since we'll be introducing bundles with Dobber.

It's win-win! - HPG

Partnership with the NHL on the way? Seems possible. Muscle out Yahoo! or become their official provider of info for their hockey fantasy leagues (and baseball) because their current contributors are trying their best but are easily out-muscled by the partnerships, writers, contributors, and members of this site.

Congratulations, and I look forward to your future endeavours!

This sounds like it will be a real winner!
The hands-down best fantasy hockey information anywhere.

(I'm just hoping that this isn't like when a new Moe's menu goes up on the wall... because they raised the prices on all of the items. Please, oh please, tell me everything is still going to be free.) - Pengwin7

Congratulations to all involved!! I had actually completely forgotten that Goalie Post existed since they went to a pay site. Nice to see you will be returning some of their tools to free options. - Ryan
