You could keep Bobby Ryan as farm eligible as well and keep someone like kipper, burrows, rafalski, or richards depending on what position you prefer to keep. Personally I'd keep Kipper despite the situation in Calgary. - atredbeard

I think its a decent return for Ryan, although the chance of him going to C on Yahoo is too risky. That is definitely the types of deals you need to make, where you pick up a very good position player, young, and impactful, plus a pick.

It is interesting that Ryan being moved rumors are gathering steam. Wherever he were to end up, he would be in a great situation, although as far as fantasy hockey is concerned, does it get better than playing with Getzlaf and Perry?

Good luck,

So, Ryan or Giroux?

What's everyone think about my Giroux option? There's a threat he could end up as a C on yahoo, which would kill his value. - tradejunkie
