James Neal: LW or RW?

In the LW Keepers post, you thought of him as a RW. No mention of him here. But now in the comments, you said Neal is a LW. I am confused. - TeamFoster4

He is one of a few guys playing both positions. With Neal and Morrow at LW, he has slid over to the right side.

Just covering my bases. :) - angus

two-way wingers: Not what you think it means....

Except from Top 10 Keeper League Left Wingers

Loui Eriksson – Dallas Stars: Eriksson is one of the best two-way wingers in the game already. He will settle in as a 25-35 goal, 65-75-point winger. With Richards passing him the puck, expect him to be closer to the higher end of those two ranges.

I guess this means that Loui Eriksson is the best player over all to get picked for both the top left and right wingers lists! - Ryan Lenethen

Interesting how much the RW position has changed since the days of Jagr, Bure, Hull, Selanne (in his prime) and others. Now the list is more about upside and less about certainty. A semi-rebuild at the position? A while back people talked about LW being the least dominant offensive position. Then came Kovalchuk, Ovechkin... - Eric Daoust

Good list. Im happy to see Hemsky get some recognition; I never felt he got enough fantasy attention when he was healthy, now hes getting some love when hes injured.
Id have Giroux after Iginla, put Kessel at 9, than at 10th I'd add......Downie!!
It'd be a wildcard pick but he was the 6th most productive RW'er in my pool. - donions

I was still under the assumption that, at equal production, a LW was more valuable than a RW. Thanks for clearing that up.

A lot of guys with potential on this list, but very few consistantly solid players compared to the other positions. Is a top 20 RW actually more valuable than a top 20 LW now?

And as far as the window to acquire Giroux before he becomes a legit top 10 RW (I agree with you on the potential, but theres no place for him on a competing team atm due to being on the 3rd line/age), how much time do you think we have left? - Andrew

Nope, no Gionta. Good player, but in that group of 20-40 RW. I mentioned some of them, not all. - angus

I included Semin on the LW list, as that is his position. He'd be on the top 10 list here if I considered him a RW. His listing there in Yahoo! is only temporary.

Cheers! - angus

Semin, Eriksson, Kessel, Alffy & Horton

Semin, Eriksson, Kessel, Alffy, Horton push up on my list. Semin had 84 points...

I love Okposo, Giroux & Voracek, but they fade down a few spots. Gabby fades a bunch too, based on health.

We should be in the same league, we could trade a bunch! :) - Jocular Hockey Manager

I'd have Ryan 5th or 6th. One of the two.

Added an honourable mention blurb for Hornqvist and Horton. As I said, after the first five or so there are a ton of players that could be on the list. Just personal preference. Didn't intentionally slight any players. - angus

Where did Patric Hornqvist go? You mentioned him in the Twitter teaser and he certainly at least deserves an honourable mention? 30 goals in his first full year is nothing to sneeze at! - Casey

There's also a 23 year old in Nashville who led his team in goals and scoring. Not to shabby for a keeper league player. - hobbit
