There is uncertainty here. Given a situation like Green's, could Subban beat the upside of 55 points? I saw Subban play as a rookie and he stood out to me in all of the few games I saw, all of which were full of players 18+. In the stands you could tell that the 16-year old was going to be special because of his world-class puck-carrying skills in combination with his offensive instincts (no matter how "risky"). I'm going to go out on a limb to say that Subban is going to be right up there with Green for young offensive defencemen. Think of him as a flashier version of Green which just doesn't happen to play on a powerplay with Ovechkin, Backstrom, and Semin.
