Yeah I think you probably are right - I am beginning to wonder in a 6x4 H2H if I shouldn't just go for both handcuffs and ride it out for a month or so. I started the season with Nabbie and Biron as my only goaltending and suffered in the standings but I think I have enough to get to the playoffs now.

Thanks for taking the time Justin. - Shoeless

So then the question is who is more likely to fall off the horse - Howard or Hiller? I would say Howard, as Hiller has the experience of last season's playoff push to use as experience to build off of. Howard is still in unknown territory. Also Osgood can still compete at the NHL level because he continually refines his game and adjusts his style to be as efficient as possible. He works with the same goalie coaches that work with Jack Campbell. Can't say the same for Jiggster. So If I had to make the move, it would be dumping Giguere for Ozzie. - Justin Goldman

Actually the reason I wondered is that I have Howard, Hiller and Giggie in a H2H keeper with Gus on the farm and Osgood just got dropped today. Don't think I can afford the roster spot for two handcuffs so debating dumping Giggie for Osgood. - Shoeless

Who wouldn't want Osgood as a backup on their team? Experience is everything. Plus you never know how Howard is playing come March and April. How will he play following a two-week break due to the Olympics? Only thing we can do is watch it all go down! But yeah, Osgood is still quite valuable for any playoff team. Regardless of how many games he plays in the regular season. - Justin Goldman

So Mr Osgood-lover - will you still want Osgood come playoff time? I am thinking yes.

By the way - really enjoyed the art that is linked to the Guild site. - Shoeless
