			<description>I like your analysis but a couple of caveats:
Sophomore jinx is real and not just superstition!
I think NYI needs to ensure they learn to play as a team.  You mention it in passing as the group improves.  This is the coaches role to teach their system.
Not sure if I should be impressed with Snow as a GM, but Gordon knows how to work with these young guys.

			<description>Interesting that JT's pace has dropped to 51 points.  Makes me happy since that wa my pre-season prediction (although I'm sure things will change just so I'm wrong).  For those that don't want to read the link - I guessed 51 since it's also what Daigle got during his rookie season.
