			<description>The flowchart is great, as is all of the info you so gratiously share.

I am a believer of the rhythm of both teams and players, especially goalies. 

In your chart you talk about goalies having a weak performance and being pulled as a reason for NOT playing the goalie. I'm not sure a goalie should get a red &quot;X&quot; for a singular bad performance, in fact if the goalie is not in a platoon situation I'd be inclined to play him in the hopes of a strong rebound game. A streak of bad performances is definitely a reason to worry (also indicated in the chart) but unless the coach has a viable alternative (Rinne/Ellis, Hiller/Giguere etc...) I think most teams will allow their starter to redeem himself.
