I will say right here that I would go 1. Hiller 2. Rinne 3. Varlamov It shouldn't be that confusing ... and yes you are right I'm expecting both Giguere and Ellis to play ~30 games. From my understanding Giggy and Ellis should both see 30 games. Hiller appears to be a bit higher on your rankings then Rinne and Varly? There will always be some bit of concern with platooning until the guy who won the job can rest assure those questions the following year. I would say Rinne plays 60+ unless he stumbles drastically which I just don't see. If my offense can contribute 3 goals or more we should be winning 95% of those games. And being able to handle the workload. Perhaps that is Ellis' downfall. Unless he shows he can be more consistent and handle 55-65 starts, he will be the backup.
