If they don't sign a veteran bottom-3 D (Wilson in a press release, talks about this being a vote of confidence in the players in the system) Mike Moore could slot into the no. 7 frequent scratch D spot. Nucks are now over the cap without counting Schneider, Hodgson, and Shirokov. I looked over at CapGeek with the new changes in effect (assuming they re-sign Mitchell at his QO) and they have around 2.8 in cap space with 3-4 roster spots still needing to be filled. Could Chelios be their new #6 dman?
