My team is close to money, with a boost I can move up pretty quickly. I have a few players who I wouldn't mind dropping/would be a pretty big non-factor for remaining weeks.

Do I improve enough this season to justify the loss in youth/potential? I think this improves my depth, but I lose out on two guys I value more than their production this far...however, I am thinking Elias and Williams will probably still outperform Kessel and Neal (point-wise) next year. Thoughts?

I think the fact that Elias and Williams haven't missed significant time is an ananomly in itself. I wouldn't bank on them repeating that next season.

I still like Neal next year over both of those players. Does your league include draft picks? I wouldn't do the deal unless you're getting some higher draft picks from the other team.

Thanks for the input...I am still considering it...but I will wait things out a little while, and maybe work on some other offers that are a little better for me.

We do include draft picks, however it is basically NHL ready players only, and generally the top 400 players or so are kept by teams, so you have to be a little lucky to draft value that works out right away. They carry some value for rebuilding teams, but I wouldn't necessarily want to pick up many as I will be keeping a good portion of my team.
