What to make of this guy for keeper leagues?
He has been the hottest player in the last month or so. What is his long term potential? Where does he rank with other hot shot rookies in terms of keeper value? IE Skinner, Couture, Hall, Sequin etc.

Hard to say what to expect of him but wow he has been amazing! I had an opportunity to pick him up the other day but stayed away because generally speaking my approach has been to stay away from players that have lots of goals and few assists because I think that this limits their upside (assuming goals and assists are of equal value that is - which they are in my league).

Last night really sold me on him. It's not the goal and the assist, it's the guts to try the move he did shorthanded on the breakaway. He's playing with such a high level of confidence, has always had speed to burn, and a great shot. He looked good in the previous looks he had in Vancouver, and it seems now he's really found another gear and is taking things to another level.
I'd still put players like Skinner, Hall, etc ahead of him, but I think he's now becoming a viable keeper option himself.
