Default Would you do this??

Points only league, no positional requirements.

I've been offered:
his Lecavalier OR Hossa plus a first round pick for next year (possibly a Skinner, Bobrovski or Logan Coture) for:
my Heatley.

Background: I'm in rebuild mode, I'm a little thin in net (Ward, N. Backstrom) with a lot of young guns waiting to materialize (Duchene, Ryan, Benn, Little, Frolik), but Heatley is probably my best forward right now.

Would you do this trade? Are Hossa or Lecavalier ever going to eclipse 70 points again (in our league, with the format and number of players, it really isn't worth having a forward that is sub 65/70 pts)?? Who's better moving forward (next 3 years) Hossa or Lecavalier (right now I'm leaning on Hossa, but still think Heatley has another 80 pt season in him). Thanks for any input, I need it!!

If you're re-building, Viny and Hossa are a step backswards IMO. How many keepers? The 1st pick is always nice, but if you're re-building in a full keeper, I'd be looking for a very different type of player... If it's a limited keeper, I think Heatley's more valuable than what the offer is.

I'd keep Heatley. He seems to be in a slump right now but the upside is there. Hossa and Lecavalier have taken a step back IMO and Hossa is too much of a band-aid boy for my taste. (Funny I had Hossa early in season (when he led the league with 11pts in 7 games) and traded him with Parenteau for Heatley and Giroux. Trade of the year in my league I think.)
