I just got back from Caps practice....didn't stay long. It was a Caps Kids Club day so there were probably 1500-2000 people there.

Alex Semin is again wearing a yellow not contact jersey. I took a picture, but it isn't the best quality...here it is.

I saw a tweet that Neuvirth was practicing and doing groin stretches. The tweet made it sound like he has been on the ice lately, but he has been fully participating since Sunday, so it isn't really news to me.

That is kind of what I am thinking. I really don't know what to make of this whole thing. Honestly I am hoping he gets traded before he puts on a game jersey again. Hopefully he will be rested enough when he does come out to make a difference for the team and go the rest of the season without injury.

Semin underwent emergency surgery to amputate his vagina. As a result, he practiced on a line with Laich and Perreault today. Doesn't mean he's definintely in for tomorrow's game, but I guess it's a start.
