Only had 5 minutes of ice time in tonights game. He was in a fight midway through the first. Is it safe to assume he was somehow injured?

He got one punched by Kostopolous, and it buckled his knees, putting him on his ass. He then immediately left the game. As a Flames fan I loved it!

Kevin Bieksa suffered an eye injury in the first period on Saturday and did not return.

Bieksa was injured in a fight with the Flames Tom Kostopoulos when the Calgary tough guy injured the Canucks blueliner with a punch to the eye. Bieksa's eye was badly swollen and he will be re-evaluated on Sunday. Bieksa is having a very good fantasy season, especially of late as he has six goals, 17 points, 53 penalty minutes and a plus-20 rating. Reserve him for now and hope he does not have a concussion.
