My 3 year value ranking:

Visnovksy
Shattenkirk - hasn't proven anything yet but could be the best of the bunch
Whitney - two foot surgeries and likely another ankle one, getting to be an injury risk
Liles - too incosistent
Burns - too many injuries, with a major concussion makes him quite risky

shatenkirk -not proven but damn he looks good.
burns -some injuries are scary but i see a good upside.also multi-categorie guy
visnovski - maybe the most consistent, get what you get guy.
whitney -the foot problems hurt his value a bit.
liles - id love to have him earlier this year but i just dont see the upside as high.

these are just my opinions and based solely of my mind right now.

Shattenkirk-Maybe number 2 on this list next year but then he will flourish
Visnovsky-Proven producer. Skills are still there
Burns- Bounceback year this year to prove that the season of a few years back was no fluke
Whitney- Another bounceback season here
Liles- Great year but is inconsistent

Guys on the list 2 through 5 had all had their share of injury problems
