Barker wont come close to that number. I really liked him in JR. Had so many tools. But hes messed up. Best bet would be another team where he would be more depended on and a very patient coach. Even then he might not blossom.

Still too young to write him off (although 65 is a big number). He put up 40 in Chicago, and now he's going through some growing pains.

Minnesota coaching staff constantly points to his age and need for experience. Only time will tell.

With that young team of yours, I don't think it's a bad inquiry, but you've also got a nice group of young D-men there. I'd actually just keep an eye on him over the next little while. With Zidlicky out, he'll have a chance to show his skills with some increased opportunity.

Could you put Niederreiter on the farm and grab him that way without needing to drop someone?
