It would be really nice if the Red Wings would put Cleary on IR, and yahoo list him as IR also so I can swap Stewart for Cleary and not have to drop anyone! I have a feeling I am asking for too much! LOL

Guy better be in the lineup by next weekend otherwise i'm f*cked with him still out and Getzlaf out in weekly roster start 6 format with only 7 forwards including those two in tow...spposed to only be 3 or 4 weeks initially then got pushed to 4-6 now it's looking more like 6 than 4

RW Chris Stewart (broken hand), on injured reserve since Nov. 27, is taking part in non-contact practices and might be able to play Wednesday in Chicago.

The Avalanche coach added that Chris Stewart, who has been skating in non-contact work, and again stayed out for conditioning work following the morning skate with Cumiskey, would begin full practice later this week. That likely will be Tuesday if the Avs practice that day before leaving for Chicago. Stewart has been out since suffering a broken hand against Minnesota on Nov. 27.

Latest update... should be back by next week...

So does he avoid fighting for the rest of the season? He's a great fantasy player without the PIMs, but they definitely are a nice bonus.
