Backstrom I have 65 and EJ I have around 50 for next year, but Backstrom could be so much higher...
You\'d be paying a pretty steep price for those guys, I\'m not sure I would do that

Wow .. So your telling us that M. Carle and K.Bieksa are way better defense than E. Johnson??? C\'mon now , If Carle and Bieksa can make 40 points each in there 1st or 2nd year ...I\'m totaly sure that E. Johnson will make that easy easy 40 points ... Don\'t you think?? Post edited by: C_Escalade, at: 2007/05/17 23:53 Post edited by: C_Escalade, at: 2007/05/17 23:57

For Johnson to break 40 points this year, he would have to average .49 points per game, and that\'s if he plays all 82 games this season. Now you may argue that Johnson has much more talent than the other two, but you should at least compare their first year stats and not just have skipped to their second year stats. Experience can mean all the difference in the world. If you wanted to, Phaneuf would have been a good argument for the situation ![]() Post edited by: Incubodie, at: 2007/05/18 07:17 |
