Default Need injury replacement...who would you choose?

I am stuck in choosing between the following D men. Its a 16 team keeper league, and the point categories are Goals, Assists, +/-, Pims.

Roman Hamrlik
Justin Braun

Not overly sexy names, but its a deep league. Do I go with Hamrlik who seems to be filling in for Markov? Or, go with Braun, who has stepped in and is contributing. After Boyle, San Jose, is paper thin, but is Braun for real? Who would you choose?

It's worth giving Braun a shake, he may have more upside than Hamrlik who's pretty well capped out at 30 points for a season.

Braun's a gamble, Hamrlik the safer bet.

Would either of your decisions change, if you were going for a top spot this year, or if you were too far away from competing?

These two I would say are fairly close, and when that's the case what sways me one way over the other is the player who receives more PP time, thus has more opportunity to produce. SJ is pretty set with Pavelski and Boyle manning the points on their first unit, whereas Hamrlik is a mainstay on Montreal's first unit....so.....I'd pick up Hamrlik.
