I'd give a slight edge to Ehrhoff for this season but a huge edge to Goligoski moving forward. For this season, I just don't like that Goli has been off PP1 for quite a few games now. Sometimes youngsters get bumped from PP1 for a couple of games, but this has gone on for a while, and there's a big difference between PP1 with the Sedins and PP2 with the Pens' second unit.

Yes, Goligoski will move past Martin probably next year and play PP1 with Letang for the Pens. Ehrhoff is not doing very well this year and Vancouver d-men rarely get over 50 pts. Goligoski could hit 60 in years to come with Letang, Sid, Malkin etc. Relatively easy decision here buddy!
Good luck.

I'm gonna buck the trend and say it'll be about even, especially considering the Canucks are looking to move out some defensemen. I see Ehrhoff getting more responsibility in the future and more chances too. Gogo is also streaky and he's often questioned in Pittsburgh. Long-term, it's basically a wash.

It's close but I'm going to say Ehrhoff as well. He's already established as the #1 defenseman on the league's best powerplay. He's also young enough that he should still be in that position for a number of years. The only danger is if he moves somewhere else this summer in FA, but as of now I see him staying in Vancouver.
