How am I looking long term?

I'm in a full keeper, scoring on Points, +/- and PPG/A and we dress 4 players.

I've got Del Zotto, Edler, Wisnewski, Joslin, Salo and Regehr and I'm about to do a deal for Alzner.

I know Salo and Regehr are just hole pluggers should things go horribly awol for me, but how do the rest stack up over the journey? +/- is killing Wiznewski at the moment for me, but I think once the Isles stablise a bit that should correct itself a bit.

Salo would be better if he could stay healthy. But Alzner is just another hole plugger, I'd think more against getting him. Very limited offensive potential even with Washington.
