Paul Martin

Skater categories are G, A, +/-, PIM, PPP, SHP, GWG, SOG, FW, HIT.

It's a limited keeper (1 forward, 1 defense, 1 utility). Not the team in signature.

Sorry for hijacking the thread Calimero.
I would definitely take him over Robidas, Zidlicky, Martin and possibly Wideman. And to be honest, I am not that big of a fan of any of the D on your list, so would maybe take him over all of them. Whitney is doing real well but will it last? (That one could go either way).

Assuming nothing funny happens and his coach decides to send him back down, he is worth owning, IMO. Not sure why his coach would send him down, either, given that he has shown no problem playing young guys that do well when they come up. But who knows, part of it is that he always impressed me when I saw him play, and I am not a fan of any of the guys on your list. So hopefully others will chime in more.

I picked him up about a week ago and am pretty pleased.

Sacco has a nice touch with young players and has Shattenkirk playing in all kinds of situations for a team that's scoring a ton. I think Shattenkirk stays with the Avs.

That being said, I have a hard time dropping Whitney or JJ for him. People on the site like to rag on Whitney but he's racking up points at a nice clip in Edmonton, and Johnson is getting it done in LA.

What do you think folks, in a limited keeper, is he a sell high?

One point I would bring up about him is that he plays the dangerous style of rover that only a few can effectively execute in the NHL. Guess it would depend on the return in any trade but I would definitely explore it.

He wont keep up this pace, but depending on the opportunities he is given in Colorado, he can be a very valuable D. He was great for BU and has only gotten better. Given how the coach operates in Colorado, my guess is he will continue to get his chances, but you never know. If he plays he will be worth owning, lets put it that way!

I own him, so i'm stoked.
but lets be realistic, the kid has played 16 games. he's awesome and has been more than I ever expected, but to give any predictions based on 16 games isn't realistic. He looks like he'll produce and is in a beauty situation on a young colarado team, so he's certainly a keep. but lets not start making top 5 keeper predictions quite yet.
