Arrow Barker vs Corvo

In a league where defensemen goal count for 2 pts, would you trade Corvo vs Barker. I know that Barker is about 10 years younger, but do you believe he will produce and increase his level of play or will continue to struggle? Corvo will help me more this year, but I have to think for about 2-3 years...

Thanks,

Barker's fantasy relevance seems to lessen almost by the game. I'd go with Corvo and hope he continues to get significant PP time on the 'Canes bluline considering they have enough defenders capable of playing in the PP. Still, a much safer option than Barker, IMO.

longterm i'd go with Barker,i admit his defense is brutal but i still think he has a chance to be a p.p. stud eventually..Corvo is almost done i.m.o.

I have no doubt Corvo will out-produce Barker for the next couple seasons, but if you're strictly thinking long-term, it's hard to endorse a 33year old that might be on his last contract.

If you still have any hope to make some noise in your league, take Corvo. I really dont like Barker but if you've decided to think long-term, go for it.
