Default Zetterberg, Lundquist and Keith

Another GM emailed me today saying he was interested in moving these two. I'm not sold on Keith and think last year was largely the product of a stacked Chicago team and Zetterberg hasn't broken 75 p in the last two years. Lundquist I'm not sure on one way or another on a struggling Rangers team.

Here's his team, he wants to move these guys but I'm not sure what I can do here to make my own team better.

C: Stamkos, Briere (RW), Dubinsky (LW), Ennis (LW), McDonald (LW)
LW: Zetterberg
RW: Alfreddson, Giroux, Recchi
D: Keith, Liles, Erhoff, Kuba, Meszaros,
G: Price, Thomas, Lundquist

Thanks for the input on another one of these threads!

Keith has been just relied on far too heavily this season for the Chicago D corps and I've noticed quite a bit that he's the '3rd assist' on the play. So its not like he isnt producing...hes just not 'that guy' this season. Chicago has been struggling all season (they lost to the Devils like come on!) and I believe his #s should pick up eventually when they decide to balance the D a little more. Your D is already pretty stacked so I dont think you really need to make a D for another unless you can peddle Wiz+ to the guy.

Zetts is always a red flag as he always seems to get injured...if only for 10 games...thats 2-3 weeks on your roster where the guy is sitting DTD as he never gets put on IR as its always "DTD." With that being said, I think it would be a mistake to move anyone for him unless youre talking about a guy like Hemsky or Selanne who are both fairly injury prone.

Being a Ranger fan I'll just give you the biased opinion that the team looks a lot better than it did last year but the D is REALLY WEAK! His numbers will almost replicate last seasons as they replaced awful D with awful D. The team will score more so you might be able to add on a couple wins but then subtract that with the starts Biron will get.

I might be the only person in the world to say this, but if I were a Turco owner I'd be a little concerned with Crawford having a better SV% and GAA so far this season.

I'm probably going to move Turco + Nash for Heatley so that my days of worrying about which Turco will show up should soon be over.

I'm with you on Zetterberg, I have to think that the biggest problem in getting any type of deal done is the fact he drafted them all so high so will be wanting talent coming back the other way. What would be a decent offer for Lundquist?

Cause the guy has Thomas AND Price, I'd try to lowball him...cause clearly he doesn't need Lundqvist. I'd try to move Turco+ for him if the Heater deal doesnt work out.

He wants to get Sharp back, for some reason he had dropped him earlier and is now regretting it.

I'm thinking about offering him Sharp + Hemsky for Briere + Lundquist, we'll see if he bites.
