What I can't figure out is that they list the Xbox 360 having it (which was also announced for the fall update of xbox live, but didn't make the cut due to the lockout) but xbox live doesn't have the app listed at all.

How bad are the blackouts in Canada?

I don't have cable/satellite and usually just watch the Sat night game on CBC.ca, but if the blackouts weren't too bad, I'd consider it.

They aren't good. I've bought the previous two years and like even if the game is on Sportnet West and you aren't in that region they'll still black you out. I've sent them so many complaint emails. Now I'm done. Asking for payment after this ridiculous lockout is the last straw.
