Not many Kaberle threads around here lately, who will have the better numbers this season. I feel Kaberle will as he will get more PP time with Phaneuf out and also might be traded to a contender at some point.

What do you guys think?

Kaberle for sure. He had 49 points last year and is still the #1 offensive D-man on the Leafs. Even though Karlsson is having a good start, I feel that he's a higher risk (as a rookie) just to be in the same point range as Kaberle.

Even though I'm from Ottawa, I choose the guy on the Leafs.

Karlsson is a goal heavy 40 point lock with a little bit of upside on top of it...Kaberle is an assist heavy 45 point lock with a little bit of upside on top of it...play it accordingly

I could also get Giroux for him as well...

Seeing as you only start 3 D and could use help both on C and W I'd definitely do it no question...Savard is better than GIroux over a full season but has some Q's surrounding him and a 1 month minimum delay before he can play so I'd take Giroux and see if you can pick up Savard cheaply for someone else after the fact with another trade

Seems like I can get Kaberle but he is more hesitant to part with Giroux and wants Pavelski (in a Savard deal)... what to do...

i'd try and do Carlson and Versteeg for Kaberle and keep Karlsson
