Has he lost all fantasy value in a points only league?

A whopping 1 second on the PP for the season & a healthy scratch last nite. I realize Ehrhoff, Edler & Hamhuis are ahead of him & even Aaron Rome is seeing more PP time but is there a chance he can move up the depth chart enough to make him a good buy low player?

Not in VCR. Ballard is a player that I,ve always felt has the skill to produce pts, but it seems as though he has settled into a comfortable role as more of a stay at home type. In VCR, there is also Beiksa, not to mention Kevin Connauton coming up the pipeline.

I agree with RDW he is a depth D in Van City at best there is just too much talent infront of him, hence the healthy scratch last night. He is no longer fantasy relivant.
