So I have Brian Campbell coming back from IR and I need to drop one of these guys:

Alex Goligoski
Bryan McCabe
Marek Zidlicky

Is Andy Greene the obvious choice?

The only thing obvious is that Goligoski shouldn't be part of this or any other discussion about dropping a d-man.

You didn't tell us your categories; if PIM matter, then yes, I'd drop Greene. If not, I'd still lean toward Greene, but it's a much closer call. His PP time has picked up lately to where he and not Taormina is getting the most time among NJ d-men.

I would drop Greene.
