With another assist tonight, PK Subban has quietly been putting up points.

In his last 7 games (including tonight), Subban has posted 6 points (all assists), +6, 4PIM

PK is still looking for his first regular season goal and multipoint reg. season game.

Figures to get even better when Markov comes back tomorrow and joins him on the PP, which has been crap. (I'm assuming they'll play the points together.)

I completely agree with this. People seem to assume that if the #1 guy is out (Markov, Green, Doughty) that the #2 option will get more points (Subban, Carlson, Johnson). Although true that the injury might lead to more ice time for the #2 guys, the #2 guys benefit tremendously by having the more veteran presence around to pass the puck to them and help control the play around them.

Subban is going to be something special for sure. He has the skill, no doubt, but I think what sets him apart from a lot of other young dmen is his confidence.

yes Subban was an early draft pick for me. as soon as i grabbed him i heard a collective sigh from the rest of the owners. been getting offers for him since day 1 of season. he is not for sale and i am very excited to see how the rest of his season progresses. with markov back, the sky is the limit!
