Hey, Im currently sitting in first place in my league. I just traded Holmstrom and Huet away for Briere and Turco. Holmstrom was my best goal scorer, but I couldn\'t pass up on the deal. I literally have no goal scorers on my team right now this year. I expected some goals from Frolov, but he has dissapointed me since. I\'m getting tons of assists so far. Rolston was a bad trade as I gave up Prospal for him, and have been hurting since. I don\'t think my goalies are gonna keep me alive for the entire season. Gagne being on the IR hurts a lot too because I expected him to be leading my team in goals. Is there anyone I could deal these guys for, either individually, or in a package? Any thoughts?

goal scorer....Firstly wait for Frolov to get back. If you can wait for a hot streak from Frolov as he is very streaky, that would be even better. You could maybe get Gabbie for both if you wanna take the risk. Maybe Cammelleri. Nash would probably be a long shot.

If you want Goals, someone like Brad Boyes should come fairly cheap in a 1 year League, or does that mean 1st year in your sig. You might be able to move someone like Rolston for him, or make the package look a little nicer with Paul Karyia, since he seems to always get assists on STL goals since you\'ve said you have a plethora of those. Than you can move Rolston over to the left side with his lw/rw eligibility.

I was considering boyes as he is a FA in my league right now, but I dont really want to drop Kariya. I was considering dropping Rolston for him. I just dont know if Boyes is going to keep it up. I already have two players from St. Louis (Kariya, EJ) as well. Having three could bite me in the kisser on weeks where St. Louis barely plays, or does bad as a team. Its a one year league btw. I\'m just saying I dont want to put all my eggs in one basket.

Yeah I can totally understand having too many eggs in one basket, Boyes started off hot, 9 goals in october, he cooled off starting in november but has picked it up again, 4 goals in 6 games, seeing as STL as a whole has only scored 14 in that time span (29% of the goal production) is pretty decent. Perhaps you could package Jagr and Rolston to try a snag a sniper like Nash then you\'d have the room to slot in Boyes... you\'d be giving up a few pts. but probably end up with 2 40 goal scorers. Jagr isn\'t what he used to be, he\'ll be a pt. a game... but that\'s about it. Just bouncing around some ideas anyways

I definately see where you are going with this. I just have trouble parting ways with Jagr (my 2nd pick). I know he can pick it up, and I\'ve watched most of the rangers games this season. His passing skill is amazing, and I don\'t know too many people who can protect the puck on the boards like he can. I just know Jagr will deliver, he just needs to start shooting again. Last games goal was pretty sad, as it was supposed to be a pass. Early in the season I actually had an opportunity to trade him for alfreddson. I should have probably done it.
