Ok guys, if you were falling fast out of playoff contention, would you deal Joe Thornton for Toews in a keeper league? Each player costs us a draft pick the round above what they got drafted in this year and so on for every year after.
Toews 14th round, costs a 13th round next year, 12th round the year after, etc.... We cannot keep 1st rounders( Thornton) Sounds like a no brainer to me.

Try to see milk it for something else. Joe will likely throw a contender over the top. But out of curiosity. How does this work? The first year of your keeper league, everyone drafts a first rounder, and so for the future of all your keeper years...those same players cannot be kept cause they are/will go in the 1st round each year? Seems weird.
