Over the last 9 seasons, there have been 9 different Art Ross winners (Jagr, Iginla, Forsberg, St. Louis, Thornton, Crosby, Ovechkin, Malkin, HSedin).

My question for you is this: assuming that this odd trend continues, and that a tenth person not on the above list wins the Art Ross this season, who would you expect to do so?

Well.... I dont' think anyone's going to outpoint all H. Sedin, Crosby, OV, or Malkin, and I dont' think it's going to be a goalie, so I"m going to say Drew Doughty.

Doughty for Art Ross? Geez. That'd be incredible. Even though Green's had some big years, I can't see a d-man winning it.

On the plus side, this period of chaos is better than immediately beforehand, when Gretzky, Lemieux and Jagr combined to win the Art Ross for 21 straight years.
