Now, it hasn\'t been accepted but really... other managers are saying this is not a fair deal because it\'s jagr???

Can someone explain why? I honestly feel as though I\'m giving up TOO much for Jagr this year.

Please let me know what you all think, I\'d like to get a real good debate going for this one... Is giving three players really worth ONE as well?

I\'d really like to acquire Jagr too because I want the best of NY, the player and goalie! Who should I replace to get the deal done?

I think you are giving up WAY too much for Jagr. If this is a keeper pool, you are getting destroyed in this trade, if it\'s just a roto league then it\'s better but I still think you\'re losing. Just my opinion.

Keeper or 1 year? If it is a keeper, you are giving three players you would probably protect (depending on number of keepers) for 1. Stastny and Horton are good for 80+65=145. Let\'s put Jagr at 95 for fun. You need to pick up a 50 point guy off the wire to make this even. I like to think if it is a good trade on your side, you could pick any bag of pucks off the wire to make this work. Then on top of that Jagr is older and you are out a goalie.

If it is a 1 year you are getting killed in this trade.

I personally would not do this trade. In a keeper, I would think Horton and Turco should be enough if you were set on Jagr, which I am not.

So i\'m overpaying? it\'s a one year yahoo head-to-head pool... the trade did not go through, I offered it and wanted to know what people are thinking so that these stupid managers can stop saying my players are bs!

Thankfully there is somebody in my pool that makes trades just like you. I try to keep in touch with him at least once a week.

That\'s Crazy..... You\'re overpaying wayyyyyyy toooo much.

An argument could be made that either Stastny or Turco straight up for Jagr (who\'s slumping, but should turn it around) would be even.

Don\'t do this deal.

Stastny for Jagr is pretty much an equal deal considering that NYR dont really score much anymore lol...Jagr seems to have cooled down ALOT this year while stasny will get you 80+ points...Jagr will probably get 78-88 points i think...plus Horton is a 25+ goal scorer AT the LEAST so...

overpayed waaaaay too much.

like i said... I have not made the deal. So the majority say I would be overpaying. Ok, that\'s what I specifically thought, so then people in my league who are telling me its not fair because its jagr, a first rounder, are just full of shit and don\'t want me to get an icon player correct???
